We took our clear Gin and aged it in American Charred Oak Barrels. This process imparted a unique spin on Gin! The essence of the barrel shows itself by rounding out the juniper tones and enhancing it with notes of vanilla, caramel and a touch of cinnamon. It stands perfectly on its own over a few ice cubes, or can be used in the traditional Gin or Whiskey cocktails. Try it in a Bees Knees or An Old Fashioned.
