Bees Knees

• 2 ounces 2 Loons Regular or Barrel Aged Gin
• 3/4 ounce honey syrup (1 part honey, 1 part water)
• 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice

Combine in a shaker. Shake, pour over ice, and garnish with lemon or lemon peel.
