Our Brandy is made from Washington Wine purchased from Spokane Winery V du V, distilled and barreled in White American Oak for 2 years then transferred into a used Port Barrel for 2 additional years. We left this Brandy at 110 proof so we didn’t lose the rich flavors from the spirit and the barrel. Slightly sweet and super smooth on the rocks or mixed like a whiskey drink.
