Canadian Sneak

  • 2 ounces 2 Loons Aged Corn Whiskey
  • 3/4 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounces pure maple syrup
  • 4 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 pinches ground cinnamon

Combine the Whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup, bitters and cinnamon in a shaker and shake vigorously.  Strain and pour into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with cinnamon stick or sprinkle of cinnamon.
