Our small batch bourbon whiskey has a mash bill heavily dominated with Washington state grown corn and supplemented with Malted Barley and Rye grown in our region. We age the spirit in brand new charred American oak barrels. Distilled with great attention to detail, this whiskey has a beautiful deep color which imparts a smooth, warm feeling with hints of caramel and chocolate but with a peppery bite to finish.
