Hot Toddy

  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 ounces boiling water
  • 2 ounces 2 Loons Aged Corn Whiskey
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 slice lemon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg

Pour the honey, boiling water and whiskey into a mug. Spice it with the cloves and cinnamon so the flavors can mingle. Then sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg before serving.

Classic Whiskey Sour

  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 5 ounces 2 Loons Aged Corn Whiskey**
  • Ice cubes
  • 3 maraschino cherries for garnish

**This recipe makes one full shaker (2-3 drinks)

Combine the simple syrup, lemon juice and whiskey in a shaker. Fill with ice. Cover and shake for about 30 seconds, until the shaker is frosty. Strain into martini glasses and garnish with a maraschino cherry. This can also be served in tumblers full of ice.

Canadian Sneak

  • 2 ounces 2 Loons Aged Corn Whiskey
  • 3/4 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounces pure maple syrup
  • 4 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 pinches ground cinnamon

Combine the Whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup, bitters and cinnamon in a shaker and shake vigorously.  Strain and pour into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with cinnamon stick or sprinkle of cinnamon.
